Is the villa in a safe neighborhood?
Answer:
Aruba is one of the safest islands in the Caribbean. The Bakval area is among the top three most desirable neighborhoods on the island. It’s a quiet residential area just 3 minutes by car from the main Aruba strip and a 10-minute walk to the island’s best beaches, located next to the Marriott and The Ritz-Carlton.
What size beds are in the bedrooms?
Answer:
Four bedrooms feature King-size beds, and one bedroom has two Twin XL beds, which can be converted into a King bed if preferred.
Is this a private or shared villa?
Answer:
This is a completely private villa — your group has the entire property to yourselves.
If something happens, is there someone to contact?
Answer:
Yes. A dedicated property manager is always on-call to assist you during your stay.
How far is the main strip?
Answer:
The villa is a 10-minute walk from the Marriott and The Ritz-Carlton, and just a 3-minute drive to Aruba’s main Palm Beach strip.
Do you have high-speed internet?
Answer:
Yes. The property has high-speed fiber internet with strong Wi-Fi coverage throughout.
Do you have TVs in every room?
Answer:
Yes. All five bedrooms have TVs, and the main living room features a large 80” QLED TV and a SONY PS5 Play Station.
Do you have a lounge area?
Answer:
There are three lounge areas:
Indoor lounge with a large window and garden view.
Outdoor patio with a couch, loveseat, chair, and dining table for 10.
20-foot cabana with daybeds and lounge seating — perfect for relaxing by the pool.
Do you have a kitchen?
Answer:
Yes. The villa features a full Italian kitchen with a large island and seating area, a dining table for 10, and high-end GE Café appliances — including a 42” refrigerator, gas oven and stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and accessories.
Is there free parking?
Answer:
Yes. There is private on-site parking for two cars, free of charge.
Are you able to accept Kosher guests?
Answer:
Yes. We proudly accommodate Kosher guests.
Our kitchen is fully koshered under the supervision of Rabbi Aaron Blasberg (Chabad of Aruba) before each stay.

Are there any Kosher Restaurants?

Yes. Hyatt (3 min by car) is a Kosher meat restaurant. Also, the Rabbi of Chabad (adjacent to our villa) can supply kosher products.

How far is the place from the beach?
Answer:
The villa is a 10-minute walk door-to-sand, located between the Marriott and The Ritz-Carlton on Palm Beach.
Do you supply beach chairs?
Answer:
Yes. We have 10 Tommy Bahama beach chairs that you can take to the beach and bring back. However, there are lounge chairs and umbrella rental spots right on the beach near the Marriott.
